Decoding P25 with SDR#, DSD, and RTLSDR

Decoding P25 with SDR#, DSD, and RTLSDRThis is decoding P25 with DSD and SDR#. It isn’t the greatest, but I guess it’s a work in progress. You need a very strong signal, and just the correct audio levels and settings. Most of the video is P25 bits and pieces. My audio is not clipping, it’s simply a problem I cannot figure out with stereo mix. Source

SDR# and RTLSDR WFM Stereo #2

SDR# and RTLSDR WFM Stereo #2This is the official release of WFM Stereo on SDR#. It has a stereo enhancement that provides better stereo separation and higher audio fidelity, I have tested this against WRPlus and SDR# is much better audio wise, and keeping a lock on Stereo. You can watch me clicking FM Stereo on and off, and on the top of the screen you can watch the (( stereo )) icon go on and off. Source

Decoding P25 with SDR#, DSD, and RTLSDR #2

Decoding P25 with SDR#, DSD, and RTLSDR #2This is decoding P25 with DSD and SDR#.You need a very strong signal, and just the correct audio levels and settings. This is video number TWO where I got about a 98% decode. I had about 71% inlevel and it started working great. Please don’t mind the high pitched crackle in the audio, it is a problem with my sound card and NOT an artifact in the decode itself. When decoded there is nice clean audio (well, as clean as you can get with the horrible codec motorola uses!). sdrsharp.com Source

Just thought I would give some links to a source based on personal experience. I’ve ordered multiple dongles from AliExpress with GREAT results. I paid extra for DHL shipping and my dongles arrived from China to the West Coast of Canada in just 3 days!

Here are links for: 1 Dongle, 2 Dongles, 6 Dongles from Newsky being sold as model TV28T (Note: slight circuit difference from original TV28T received, but works)

Note to NEW AliExpress members, I believe you should get an additional $5 at checkout. I noticed when placing my first purchase there was a coupon available just before payment. Not sure if there was a minimum order (I spent $65 the first time for 2 dongles + DHL shipping).
